INSTRUCTIONS: 3-Step Process

Equipment Required: Use either an inexpensive home carpet cleaning machine or a shop vac machine.  We prefer the home carpet cleaning machine since it distributes the water and sucks up the dirty water in the same machine. In comparison, a shop vac requires two steps. Suction is key to a good result. 

Step 1 - DILUTE: Pour 2 ounces of Noble Ion® Live Odor Free! Carpet Crud Remover into carpet machine tank. Fill the rest of the tank with clear water. DO NOT use other commercial cleaners or soaps.

 Step 2 - Clean Carpet With Carpet Machine: Clean carpet with Noble Ion® Live Odor Free! Carpet Crud Remover. When complete, smell the wastewater. If the wastewater smells like pet urine or looks like soapy brown water, empty the dirty water and repeat Step 1 and Step 2. Repeat the process until the wastewater is clear and does not have a urine smell.

 Step 3: Pour Live Odor Free!® 2X Carpet Machine into the reservoir and go over the affected areas. Let dry. Use the entire amount of product. Rinse the carpet machine reservoir with water after using the product.

Odor bloom is common with porous surfaces like cement, carpet padding, and sub-flooring.  Odor bloom is a chemical process where dried urine crystals are rehydrated and bring up a pungent smell. It tells you the removal process is incomplete. Odor bloom occurs most with deep, old, set-in urine spots. Odor bloom is unlikely to happen with new, surface urine spots.

• Safe: LOF products are safe for kids and pets, and we use FDA GRAS (generally regarded as safe) ingredients, and the products are 3^rd party lab tested.

• Black Lights: Black lights illuminate the minerals in urine crystals, and they DO NOT ILLUMINATE ODOR. Once LOF has eliminated the odor, there may be residual minerals that the black light will show in the carpet.
• Odor Bloom: After your first application, the dried urine crystals may give off an intense smell called "odor bloom," which will usually disappear with further applications.
• Painted or Sealed Surfaces: If you have a concrete area that has been painted or sealed, it will take multiple applications because the paint or sealant will prevent the products from reaching the depth of the problem; or direct contact with the urine crystals harboring the odor. It will only resolve the odor as it leeches out. So you are left with the option of removing the paint or sealant and then treating the area for a more permanent solution or performing regular maintenance for some time to slowly remove the leeching odor.  STEP 2: Sprinkle Dog Park Odor Block Granules on the moist surface. Respray if needed for moisture. Cover all of the affected areas. Applies to: Cement, brick, gravel, rocks, and shrubs.

• Grass & Artificial Grass: Work the Dog Park Odor Block Granules into the fibers of the grass with a rake or broom. Once applied, leave the granules in place to remove current and future urine events. Do not remove.
  

STEP 3: Sprinkle Instant Knock Out Powder on any of the areas where there is heavily repeated urination – or the “favorite” spots.

• Work the Instant Knock Out Powder into the fibers of the artificial grass and other outdoor surfaces. Once applied, leave the powder in place to remove current and future urine events. Do not remove.

INSTRUCTIONS

1.  Remove the cartridge from the mini-dispenser.
2. Remove the plug from the cartridge and fill using the 32oz refill bottle. Put the red cap on the refill bottle for easy filling.
3. Replace the plug and insert the cartridge back into the mini- dispenser. Point sprayer tip straight forward. Avoid spraying into your eyes.
4. Set the operation switch unit to 24-hour sprays. Set timer switch 7.5 for best results.
